For small items such as badges or medals:
For any purchase under €40 including tax, the default shipping method is tracked bubble mail without insurance, regardless of the destination (France or other countries).
For orders over €40 including tax, registered mail with insurance is offered by default.
You always have the option to opt for secure shipping (registered bubble mail) regardless of the amount of your purchase.
For large items:
For any purchase under €40 including tax, standard Colissimo will be offered by default, regardless of the destination (France or other countries).
For orders over €40 including tax, registered Colissimo will be offered by default.
You also have the option to choose the registered Colissimo option regardless of the price of your item.
For group purchases:
Finally, in the case of group purchases, the total weight or volume of the items ordered will determine the delivery method.
Payment
You have several payment methods available to pay for your purchases on CHEZPAKANE.COM.
Regardless of the payment method chosen, the order will only be processed after receipt of payment. If payment is not received within ten days of receiving the order confirmation, the order will be canceled.
- By check
If paying by check, it must be issued by a bank domiciled in France or Monaco, made payable to "Chez Pakane" and mailed to "Chez Pakane Guyonnet Pierre-Antoine BP 80014 38352 La Tour du Pin Cedex France". The check will be cleared upon receipt.
- By bank transfer
If you choose this payment method, the banking information for the transfer will be provided to you on the payment form when the Order is placed and will be included in the order confirmation email.
