These general terms and conditions of sale are entered into between CHEZ PAKANE and any non-commercial individual with full legal capacity ("You") wishing to make a purchase on the website (excluding products sold through eBay, Le Bon Coin, PriceMinister, Delcampte, and Natura Buy).
These terms and conditions govern exclusively your relationship with CHEZ PAKANE.
CHEZ PAKANE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. They will then be applicable as soon as they are published online.
These terms and conditions apply to all sales made from this website, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including those in effect for in-store sales. These terms and conditions are presented in French.

CHEZPAKANE.COM sells collectible and second-hand items. We do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. In accordance with applicable legal provisions regarding product conformity and latent defects, we will refund any product that appears to be defective, damaged, or does not correspond to your order after its return in the condition received, with all components included.

If applicable, before signing the delivery note and accepting the package, it is necessary to quickly inspect its condition and verify that it has not been opened or damaged.

3.2 Liability
We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. We are responsible for the proper execution of these terms and conditions. However, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen event, force majeure, unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or for the product's non-compliance with foreign legislation in the event of delivery to a country other than France.

Our product prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (French VAT and other applicable taxes).

Payment of these duties and taxes is your responsibility, and we encourage you to contact the relevant authorities in your country for further information. You must also verify the import and usage regulations for the products you order from us in the destination country.

6. Payment Methods and Security
You have several payment options for your purchases on CHEZPAKANE.COM:
- By credit card via PayPal
Payment is processed on the secure servers of our partner, PayPal. This means that none of your banking information passes through our website.
Credit card payments are therefore completely secure; your order will be registered and confirmed as soon as the bank approves the payment.

- By PayPal:
With PayPal, your financial information is never shared with CHEZPAKANE.COM. PayPal encrypts and protects your card number. Pay online simply by entering your email address and password.

- By check
If paying by check, it must be drawn on a bank located in France or Monaco, made payable to "Chez Pakane," and mailed to "Chez Pakane Guyonnet Pierre-Antoine, 161 chemin cartallier, 38110 Saint Victor de Cessieu, France." The check will be deposited upon receipt. You have 10 days from the date of your order to send the check to the seller. After this 10-day period, the order will be automatically canceled.

- By bank transfer
If you choose this payment method, the bank details for the transfer will be provided on the payment form when you place your order and are also included in the order confirmation email.
The order will only be processed after the transfer has been received. If the transfer is not received within ten days of the order confirmation, the order will be canceled.

7. Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back: Terms and Conditions for Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with legal provisions, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal. You do not need to provide a reason or pay any penalty. With the exception of return shipping costs, which remain your responsibility, we will refund all sums paid no later than 30 days after your withdrawal. At our discretion, we may also offer you an alternative refund method.

In accordance with legal provisions, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to order, according to the consumer's specific requirements, or for audio, video, or computer software recordings that have been unsealed by the customer.

8. Contract Duration and Price Validity.
Prices include VAT applicable on the date of the order, and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products sold on CHEZPAKANE.COM. Products remain the sole property of CHEZPAKANE.COM until full payment is received by CHEZPAKANE.COM.
Our price offers are valid only within the dual limits of the offer's validity period and available stock.
Our offers of goods and prices are valid only if they are displayed online on the website on the date of the order.

9. Applicable Law/Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute, whether substantive or procedural, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
